And that’s exactly what he did, achieving that much-lauded star not once, but multiple times.
Now the Head Chef at SO/Auckland, he has joined forces with our very own Group Executive Chef, Jinu Abraham, to host a very special degustation at Cooke’s Restaurant & Bar at Hotel Grand Windsor.

This exclusive dining collaboration is priced at $120pp with the option to add matched wines for $50pp. With only one sitting available to the public on Thursday the 25th of June at 7pm, we are expecting to sell out quickly.
