Having recently refurbished, the hotel looked brand new and was pleasant with it’s customised look and feel. Staff were awesome and well trained and hospitable. Must try the Manhattan here and also the smoked duck. Not many places in APAC measure up to The Grand Windsor Hotel. Keep it up!”
